William Scigliano
Chief Executive Officer
Before joining IQ Biometrix, Bill Scigliano worked
for eight years with the Attorney General of British
Columbia, Canada as Executive Director, Corporate
& Public Issues. In that role, he was responsible
for intergovernmental relations on an international
and national level. He also led a multi-agency
team responsible for the implementation, administration
and delivery of the province’s drug treatment
court, services for victims of serious crimes
and tobacco litigation initiative. Bill was responsible
for the development and administration of justice
and enforcement corporate programs. As a member
of the Executive Justice Technology Strategies
Committee, Bill advised on the expansion of the
use of technology in justice system, spearheading
initiatives including the development of a consolidated
911 system, electronic court filing, electronic
land title registration systems, and U.S. - Canadian
internet gambling enforcement initiatives. Bill
has also served for six years as a high-profile
liaison with the U.S. National Association of
Attorneys General and the Committee of Western
Attorneys Generals. He has provided direct support
to federal, provincial and state attorneys general
and justice ministers meetings and developed corporate
responses to rapidly developing justice issues.
He has also acted as the government's liaison
for the "America's Most Wanted" television
show.
Greg J.
Micek, J.D.
President, Chief Operating Officer
Along with being the current president
and chief operating officer of IQ Biometrix, Greg
Micek has previously served as C.F.O., President,
and V.P. Corporate Development for the company.
Since 1983, Greg has been a Principal in The Micek
Group (TMG), a merchant banking firm based in
Houston, Texas. With TMG, he has interests in
agricultural organic insecticide, electronic commerce,
insurance, and real estate companies.
Buddy Rhodes
Chairman, FacesID and Chief Executive Officer,
Building Enterprises
Rhodes is Chairman of FacesID and
CEO of Building-Enterprises, which provides business
development programs for its clients. Rhodes coaches
clients on a variety of business enhancement services,
from setting up selling systems to conducting
individual one-on-one sessions. He has served
in operations management, sales management and
business development roles. Having experience
in both mass marketing and long term sales development,
Rhodes has unique selling strategies that simplify
the sales process for his clients. He has worked
with a variety of companies including ExxonMobil,
Shell and individual sales people and entrepreneurs.
Rhodes also has set up sales management teams
and helps clients identify the components in their
sales process that are critical to their success.
He specializes in relationship sales training
and has used his experience to close business
for many of his clients. Building Enterprises,
which was first formed by his father Frank Rhodes
in 1982, recently celebrated 27 years of service.
Many of its client companies have been customers
for more than 20 years. Rhodes earned his Bachelor’s
of Science degree in Education from Southwest
Texas State University. He is married and has
three sons and spends much of his off time attending
their various sporting events. He is a member
of Holy Comforter Lutheran Church and founded
its men’s group.
Janice
Fox
VP of Sales
Janice currently serves in all aspects
of the business as Sales Manager for Building
Enterprises and FacesID. For the past five years
she has served as Operations Manager for Building
Enterprises and has been a driving force in the
growth of the company. She was hired in 1995 as
a part-time Customer Service Representative and
was promoted to Account Manager shortly thereafter.
Janice attended Southwest Texas State and University
of Houston working towards a business degree in
sales and marketing. In 1978, she joined Getty
Oil Company. When not at the office, Janice can
be found spending time with her husband and two
daughters.
Randall
Medcalf
Chief Technology Officer
Randall Medcalf brings a versatile 13 years of
I.T. experience to IQBioMetrix, Inc. During his
professional career, he has experience working
as a developer, DBA, technical lead, project manager,
and college instructor with experience in several
different industries such as GIS Mapping, GPS,
Point of Sale, Document Management, Oil and Gas,
Human Resources, and others. For the past 8 years,
he has run a successful consulting business practice
providing a variety I.T. services to small to
medium size businesses.
