Sketch Artist Program Faces Store Information


Interested in buying our sketch artist program? The FacesID Online Store uses a secure server that encrypts information on all online purchases. However, if you feel uncomfortable purchasing products from our web site, you may choose from the following options:

3- Pre-pay check/money order

FacesID offers four shipping methods: UPS Ground and UPS Second Day for orders within the continental U.S. Our rates are:

Free UPS Ground (applies only to U.S. and Canada customers who purchase FACES products from this web site).
UPS Ground (U.S. and Canada only): $11.00.
UPS Second Day (U.S. only): $14.00.
International Orders: $59.00 or contact us for other options.

Orders for stock items are normally processed within 24 hours. For UPS Ground you should expect a delivery time of three to seven days.

UPS will generate an order number that can be used to track your shipment. An order number will be given to you when the product is purchased.

Resellers/wholesalers who do not want to use the services above should call us at 1-800-516-4065 or contact us using our internet form to obtain information on other delivery options.

There is no minimum order for FacesID orders and shipping/handling will automatically be calculated your total price. California Residents will be charged an additional sales tax of 8.25%.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and government impact cards.

How do I check on an order after it's placed?

Normally orders in stock are processed within 24 hours. With UPS Ground service, delivery can take from two to seven days depending on your state.
You can use your order number to track your shipment through UPS services. The number will be assigned to you once you have completed your purchase.

Why do I need a cookie enabled browser?

A cookie enabled browser allows users to save important shopping cart information inside their computers. This information is then retrieved by our shopping cart program using a cookie. If your browser does not support cookies or if you have any cookie suppressing programs such as WebFree, Guard Dog, Cookie Cutter, Cookie Monster, Junkbuster, Watchdog, or even certain browsers, you will not be able to purchase products on our store, or most online web stores.

What is FacesID's return policy?

Returns: Unopened software purchased directly from FacesID is easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please call 1-800-516-4065 for a Return Authorization number prior to shipping the merchandise back to FacesID.

Refunds: When you purchase an item for FacesID, you must receive a Return Authorization number and return the merchandise unopened in the original package for you to secure a refund. After FacesID receives the return, the refund process takes one to two weeks. You will be refunded by the same method as your payment. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the reason for the return is an error on FacesID's behalf .

FacesID cannot accept returns of items purchased from FacesID Resellers. Items that are picked up at a store or ordered from an authorized reseller must return to the merchant according to their return guidelines. If you receive an item different than what was described, or that is clearly in worse condition than expected, please contact your seller directly via e-mail or phone. You should be able to reach an amicable agreement with one another. If necessary, you can return your item to the seller for a refund.
